Terms & conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

In short: you get a free demo first, then pay a setup fee and a monthly (or yearly) fee in advance. You can cancel anytime with no minimum term. You are responsible for what your menu says; we are responsible for building, hosting and updating it.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Imad Daakour, trading as Dako, based in Lebanon ("we", "us"), and the restaurant, café or other business that uses our service ("you"). By paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. Contact: WhatsApp +961 70 019 378.

2. What we provide

We create a digital menu for your business, publish it at a web link, give you print-ready QR code stickers that open it, host it, and update it when you ask. What is included depends on your plan, as listed on our pricing section and confirmed to you in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.

3. Free demo

The demo is free and you have no obligation to buy. We aim to deliver it within 24 hours of receiving your menu. If you don't continue, we delete the demo and your files within 30 days.

4. Prices

5. Launch offer

The first 10 businesses that become paying clients do not pay the setup fee, and their first month is free. The offer is limited to one per business (one per brand for multi-branch clients), has no cash value, and ends once 10 businesses have claimed it or when we remove it from the website, whichever happens first.

6. Payment

7. Menu updates

8. Your responsibilities

9. Our responsibilities

We build and update your menu with reasonable care and skill. Your menu depends on services we don't control, such as Cloudflare hosting and your customers' internet connections, so we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. If something we control stops working, we will fix it as quickly as we reasonably can. See the refund policy for what happens if your menu is down for a long time.

10. Who owns what

Your menu content (text, prices, logo and photos you provide) stays yours. The design, code and templates we use to build menus stay ours. When you leave, we send you your menu content and photos in a usable format (PDF and image files) and stop hosting your menu. Your QR codes will then stop working.

11. Cancellation

12. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or loss of reputation, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any other liability that Lebanese law does not allow us to limit.

13. Using this website

The information on bydako.com is for general information and may change. Please do not try to disrupt, copy or misuse the website.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects existing clients, we will tell you on WhatsApp at least 14 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If there is a disagreement, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. If we cannot, the courts of Lebanon will decide.
